Good Reasons to Be in Blogging : Part 1 - Tech WebSite Ranking

More than a decade back there were no blogs, but today we have a yet increasing number of 150 million blogs. When I tell people that I am into blogging they look at me with a question mark, they still think how people earn through blogging. The concept of earning through blogging is still unclear
in the majority of people’s mind. Reason may be that they are just using computer, or internet to send and check emails. They don’t know that blogging is the latest thing to advance you online.

To help people clarify their doubts about blogging, I thought of coming up with a list of advantages of blogging. If this is new to you, be ready to get the insight of a blog world. But if you already have a blog, you can check the reasons you are here. And also you can guide people here who think that it is a waste of time and pointless to go through the diary.

1. Good Job Opportunity

As per the job magazines most of the companies are digging online profiles for the right candidate for their new position. As it is in trend now to get applicants through online applications first then other ways are also tried but given a low priority. In other words employers hire profiles with much online stimulation.

2. Give it Time and Commitment

It is many people’s story to have a blog for fun initially and turned into a full time job later. This is also a story of Pat Flynn. He initially created a blog just to share what he knew of his niche. But after being laid off, he took blogging seriously. For him it was like a dream come true in a year and his blog started with a wonderful $100,000 annually.

3. Try to Pull Business by Getting Clients

If you are seriously thinking of making your life in blogging, you need to keep updating your blog with latest and useful information so you maintain the momentum of traffic and from traffic to clients.

When your begin blogging and give out the best content to the visitors, it doesn’t take long to make them clients and earn respect that one has for an experienced writer. They also build trust in you gradually and if they need more than limited information they would be interested in your business.

4. Be a Good Writer

A writer is only known for his or her writing. So, in order to be a good writer you just need to keep writing on a daily basis and polish your skills. This is very-very important for a writer to be heard or read and understood by all. Only your practice will make you perfect.

5. Be a Fine Author

These days publishing houses are not ready to take a chance on new and inexperienced authors. If you are a writer already and have a fan following you stand a good chance, and this would be, if you have a blog. So having a blog not only gives you hands on writing but also an opportunity to be a published blogger.

6. Get a Feedback

A book author doesn’t have a faster way to get feedbacks, until the book finishes and gets published. But, in a blogger’s life feedback is immediate.

Because of this very factor blogging becomes interesting and motivating. Getting positive and negative feedbacks makes the blog writer to think of improving content and bring reasonable changes with immediate effect.

Isn’t it more fun to get your deserving credit faster?

7. Know your Audience

People think that bloggers are only a one side conversation. But, in fact the readers are sharing a lot in return, if you listen to them as well. Reader’s comments, suggestions, tweets and even small thank you messages teach a blogger, in what way they were useful to the reader, what are the changes required by the group and where did you do really well.

Knowing your group or readers is as important as knowing your business in and out. That’s why companies do testing and spend on their target audience, just to check their likes and dislikes.

8. Influence People

When I was a kid I used to wish to change the world. But, later in adolescence I realized that I can’t even move a tiny stone alone but yes, can really pass on my bug to a huge audience. And, if I am sure of what I am saying makes sense and even there are others in the society waiting for someone to lite the torch for them. I am very-very glad that I am the one to influence then to initiate.

A single thought can shake someone’s mine and emotion for some time.

9. Make Yourself a Place

You can’t snip away anyone’s idea and think of being famous. You can think of something that you really like and would like to write about, because writing is not everybody’s picnic. To get innovative and meaningful thoughts continuously is a writer’s business. When you do this with good amount of knowledge you have and experience that you’ve gained throughout the years, you write tough that no one can defeat.

Don’t think that readers don’t know anything because they have come to you. Readers are the smartest of all because; though they follow a specific niche they at least read all others as well. So, they know who writes what.

10. Networking is Very Crucial

When you have a blog, for sure you will have to invest your time in building online network. That network becomes your family. When you create a blog and post interesting and valuable content, you will get returns in the form of readers’ comments and invitations via contact page. You will be required to assist your readers with their issues. Having a blog gives you the freedom to make as many contacts and friends you ever dreamt in your life.

Guys! I have got more to share with you and that; I am going to do next in my part 2.
